Hi,

I'm a friendly, easy going, liberal minded guy with a wide variety of interests and have been commuting to London for work for many years but am currently WFH.

I have rented out my double room to mainly University students over the last ten years so am use to sharing my flat with others. I like my flatmates to treat the place as if it was their home...

The flat is directly across the road from the beautiful 'Preston Park' and it takes only
20 minutes walk to Brighton station and central Brighton. I also have a fast broadband connection and good WiFi reception in the room.

The flat has all the usual amenities you would expect such as a dishwasher, washing machine, TV etc.
