We have a large double room coming available in April in our friendly and sociable shared house. We are two friends who enjoy being active, spending time together in the lounge/garden/kitchen and organising shared activities to keep us sane during lockdown. One of us is a teacher and the other works in a children's care home. We both have demanding professions and need downtime but also love a night out/in during our time off.
The house is a three storey, with a good-sized front and back garden. There is a large communal lounge and dining room, a spacious and bright kitchen with another dining table in and the available bedroom room is the largest in the house. There is a good amount of storage available in the house, including indoor space for a bike.

Our landlord is a private landlord who takes an interest in the house and is very friendly. The deposit is one month's rent in advance, however, the last month of your tenancy will therefore not need to be paid for (providing the room and house is in good condition).

We are looking for someone with similar interests, who is considerate and is sociable. We are looking for someone who would help out with the general upkeep of the house as well as becoming involved in group social activities.
