We are a chill and friendly student house looking for 3 people to replace our current housemates who are leaving at the end of our tenancy (July 4th). We are situated on Mafeking Road, near Lewes Road and only a couple minutes walk to Aldi, Sainsburies and Lewes road bus garage. All rooms are a decent size and come with a bed, desk and wardrobe. Rent is £650 a month, bills £80 and deposit £650. Our letting agency also requires a £150 holding deposit, however this will be taken off the first months rent. Any questions feel free to ask :)
