Bright Double Room in Friendly Hanover Home share with Sunny Garden & Hot Tub

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate gay male professional to join our home in Hanover.

The room is a cosy double, bright and well laid out, with enough space for all the essentials and good storage. While it’s not the largest room, the rest of the house is spacious, so there’s plenty of room to relax outside your bedroom.

The house is spread over five floors and has a lovely west-facing garden with a hot tub – perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a summer evening. It’s within easy walking distance of Brighton Station, the city centre and local bus routes, making it ideal for commuting or enjoying everything Brighton has to offer.

You’ll be sharing with two gay male friends who are friendly & respectful. We enjoy getting out with friends, weekends away in the outdoors, meals out and social drinks, but we’re not a party house. We like to keep the house clean and welcoming, and while we’re always happy to have a chat, we also respect each other’s space and privacy.

We’re looking for another gay male professional, ideally aged between 25 and 50, who is tidy, considerate and looking for somewhere to genuinely feel at home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It’s a sociable house, but everyone also has their own lives and independence.

We also have a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats and happy to help with him occasionally if we’re away.

The rent includes the usual household bills, and references will be required. We’d prefer someone looking for a longer-term home, although we’re happy to discuss individual circumstances.
