About the flat-

Really nice and quiet ground floor two-bed flat about a 5-minute walk to Preston Park station. The flat has central heating, a bathroom with a shower & a bath, a large lounge/dining area with a smart TV, and a good-sized kitchen with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and espresso machine.

There is free parking on the street and surrounding streets but the parking is not designated. There are also good bus routes just across the road.

There is also bike storage for the block available.

Nice green space surrounding the building.

About me-

I'm a 32 y/o account manager working remotely. When I'm not working I love to run, go to the gym, travel, and try out new restaurants and wine bars!

I've have had great experiences with Spareroom, and still have good friends from my previous house shares in Brighton & london.

I love socializing and making new friends so I would love to hang out and go to the pub/cook together but equally love my alone time!
