This amazing double bedroom with spectacular views over Brighton might just be what you are looking for. .
It is for a single person and would suit a mature female student or professional (professionals would have to contribute £25 towards council tax) , who enjoys a quieter location, but wants to be in town in a few minutes by bike, bus or train.
I live in a beautiful and friendly international house, we have a shared open plan kitchen, dining/ living room area with lots of light, a modern bathroom and extra toilet. I live here with my lodger, my partner is also here sometimes and my two grownup kids come to stay, but rarely. I teach at a secondary school and lead a busy life. .
The house is very comfortable, the neighbours are great and I just love living here. There are two sitting areas outside, both catching the sun during the day.
In my spare time I like arts and crafts and I have a workshop in my garage, There is also space for a bike, but car parking is restricted to residential only. I also sing in a choir and I like all kind of music, I like cycling, sports, being outside. My house is usually not a party house, although I might have friends round. We try to be quiet between 10 pm and 6:30 am, and the house is clean and tidy.
I live near Preston Park station, so only 3 minutes by train to Brighton, or 10 minutes by bike to anywhere. There is also a regular bus route into town or up to the downs. Of course there is super fast wifi, but the room is not for you, if you plan to either mainly study or work from home.
I am looking for a student or professional to share my house with. We are very friendly here and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
