Due to me moving unis, I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy with them up until August. The area of the property is amazing for the price as it is near everything from unis, the beach and many more. The room is downstairs and has a radiator and a comfy single bed which can fit two people on it. The room is cosy and has more than enough space and the people in the house are friendly and easy to get along with. They like to go to the pub and enjoy being students but very respectful of your space. At a great price I cant see much on the market better and the only reason I'm looking for someone to take over the room is due to my choice in changing Uni to be closer to family.
