We are a group of four first year students at Waterbear College of Music who need a fifth student to share our student house starting in September 2024.

The house in the middle of the town., five minutes walk from the Brighton mainline train station, and that means its also a short walk down Queens Road to the city centre and then on to the seafront. The house has 3 shower rooms, patio garden and kitchen / living area.

Kitchen includes washing machine , dishwasher, and cooker plus fridge and freezer.

The house is also very close to the Waterbear campus, and close to the other Universities in Brighton.

Any student welcome, you don't have to be a music student.

We have found the house though an agent, who will be arranging the tenancy.
