This is a family home, not a party house. I live here with my kids, (14 and 17) the house is generally calm and pretty relaxed with a little Pomeranian.
The room is a good sized double at the front of the house. It’s been my office up until now, so it’s bright and it’s got proper desk space, which is handy if you work from home some of the week. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
You’d have use of the kitchen, living room and garden. Bathroom is shared. Bills are included in the rent, so there’s nothing to sort out separately. Shared bathroom with only one other person.
We’re in a quiet residential street in BN1, walkable to Preston Park station, easy access into town and out towards the A23. Buses run regularly from the top of the road.
I’m looking for a professional or a mature student, someone tidy, considerate and easy to live with. Non-smoker please, and no pets as we’re already sorted on that front.
