There are 2 other friendly students in the house, and one person working. The house has a spacious living room with a large terrace, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. The house was recently refurbished. The price 650.00 if for STUDENT.

If there is WORKING Person as the lodger - the council tax should be paid by lodger or we can agree higher price to cover council tax expense.
