Large double room on the top floor of our family house in 7-dials in Brighton. We are a 10 minute walk to Brighton station, the Laines and a 15 minute walk to the seafront. There are 2 local parks and nice cafes etc.
2 out of 3 of our children have moved out so the top floor of our house is available. Our house has a large kitchen and 2 separated living areas. We have a patio garden and a dog so you must be pet friendly.
My husband works in TV and I am a part time carer. I have a small festival/market stall and make festival style jewellery and feather display wreaths. Our youngest daughter is studying childcare at college and is 18. We are an accommodating family and are relaxed and around for a chat but also understand private space, especially in the evenings when the telly is on!.
