I am moving because I’m no longer at university and am trying to find someone to replace me in my group tenancy :)

Roughly £710pm including bills.

Non students pay an extra £171pm in council tax because would be only non student and size of the house.

Everyone gets along and the house is super decorated so it makes for a lovely environment to live in.

Most housemates are in final year of university.

The spare room is in the loft so is super quiet and has a beautiful view of Brighton and the sea! It also has a sink in the room as well as furniture.

They have a washer, dryer and a patio!
