Looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP due to change of Uni course and needing to move back home. Urgently need the money back from rent as I need to send it back to Student Finance.

23 Hollingbury Road, very good location close to bus stops, the train station as well as the Moulscomb shops (such as the Aldi, Hobbycraft, ect).
