Come live with me in my house up the hill , sharing with me , one other housemate and a cute friendly cat called Kevin . me and my housemate both work in music and I work from home . The room is smallish but nice and peaceful with a window onto the garden . Its unfurnished as previous tenants all had their own stuff but im sure basic furniture could be arranged if needed . I would say if you got a ton of stuff it might not be the room for you as theres not much storage In the house . Theres generally music playing here but also plenty of peace and quiet also and , except on the rarest of occasions , it’s not a party house ! Communal lounge , bathroom , kitchen and sunny garden . Theres also a dishwasher , slightly temperamental washing machine and tumble dryer . Under 10 mins walk to sainsburys but a local shop round the corner for basics . 30 min walk to the centre but buses at the bottom of the hill going in regularly every few minutes . Looking for a good natured , mindful , reasonably tidy person or at least most of the time . no tobacco smoking in the house .
