TEN MINUTES WALK FROM HOSPITAL
Lovely quiet, light double bedroom available from 1st February 2026 The current occupants are myself (in my 60s) and I’m living mostly on the top floor with my own bathroom. You would share a shower room and toilet on the 1st floor with my son who is 25. We are friendly and also respect privacy. We have a friendly and very furry cat.
The house is a bright Victorian 3 story old style house with small plant-filled yards front and back. The living/dining room on the bottom floor has big windows, comfy sofas and a wood burner for the Winter., also dining table and chairs.
The road is a very quiet cul-de-sac street in Kemptown full of families with children, students and an eclectic mix of friendly people. We are really close to bus links 7 and 1/1X and it's walkable to the sea and East Brighton Park, onto the Downs.
We’re looking for a professional or student working outside the home Mon-Fri days, not really a home worker. We live quietly, not a lot of music or socialising in the house most of the time. We do not have a TV or licence currently but can negotiate on getting a license again.
Bills including council tax included (except for any excessive fuel use in Winter - by arrangement)
