We're looking for a responsible, clean and tidy flatmate to join us on our quiet flat.

LOCATION
This friendly house has an excellent location being in the center of Brighton, close to all services and amenities. It is situated 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a variety of shops. There are buses stopping nearby every minute. You will love to live near the seafront.

PRICE
The rent is £500 pcm, with all utility bills included. A month deposit is also required.

HOUSE
The room can either be furnished or unfurnished. The flat is equipped with all kitchen appliances (cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc...),.

ABOUT US
We are a male and a female in our 40’s. This is not a party house, but we try to catch up regularly. Our interests are travelling, films, books, fitness, cultures, nature, etc…
