Hi,
This room is only suitable for a female student or professional.
It's extra large, furnished with a queen bed, comfy sofa, desk, coffee table, chest of drawers, clothes rack and a coffee corner with a microwave and a kettle for your convenience (not shown in the photos). It’s a nice space to live in.
The flat is on an upper-level basement with its own private entrance. The room has large windows and gets a good amount of natural light. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and I use a dehumidifier to keep the flat dry and comfortable all year round.
It’s a short walk to the station, city centre, and the beach, located in a quiet and friendly area.
Kitchen is small but fully equipped, there’s a patio, and space to store your bike if you have one.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, dining space, and bathroom with just me.
I’m a full-time working professional and also studying, so my schedule is quite busy. Still, I’m easy-going and sociable - I enjoy going out, but I’m just as happy staying in with a good book or a movie.
I value a clean and quiet home, so I’m looking for someone who will respect the space.
If this sounds like the right fit, drop me a message.
A one-month short-term let can also be considered - please contact me for details.
The room is available from 12th April.
