Hey,

We’re Estelle and Kevin and we’ve got a single furnished room available for £400 per month (bills come to about £100-120 each).

Kevin works at Amex and is also an actor, he likes watching movies, having a beer at the end of a day and going to the theatre.
I’m Estelle, I work from home. I sew, sail and like to smoke 🌿. I go to the beach for full moons and charge my crystals etc, you’re welcome to join if you like that kind of stuff:)

The place is basically on st James street which means we do tend to hear a bit of noise at night Thursday-Saturday, as there’s lots of bars and pubs on this road.

Our landlord does require guarantors and only offers a minimum of a one year lease but if you’re interested, do feel free to drop us a message and we’ll arrange a viewing:)

We have a washer and dryer in one, fast internet, a massive grocery store less than a minute walk away and a 15 min walk from brighton station.
