One bedroom available in a two bed flat, its a double room with big windows and a view out onto the pier and sea from the sofa :) i am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which ends 29th August 2026.

Theirs is a great sized kitchen and bathroom, although there is no shared living room, me and my flatmate have found the size of the flat really nice. There plenty of room for two peoples belongings and personal space. everything works the house and all the appliances are new, heating is great too.

The flat is about a 4 min walk from Grande Parade Campus, and about 2 mins from Edward Street Campus.

My existing flatmate tends to be out a lot, especially of an evening and he also works in a restaurant 3-4 nights a week, I barely see him myself. He is very clean and tidy too, does his part of the cleaning and takes the bins out.

Council tax is excluded as its a student property, also my flatmate and I have a bills package that we could easily arrange you being on, its around £25 a week, for everything (gas, water, electricity, broadband) unlimited.
