We, my 13 year old daughter and I, are looking for a new lodger who would like to share our lovely flat with us. It’s a double room in a quiet block with a front lawn and it overlooks Queen’s Park itself. Hanover pubs are moments away and we’re 10 mins walk to sea, <20 mins to Lanes, <20 mins to hospital and 2 mins walk to Pepper Pot bus stops. Very easy access to gorgeous walks from the racecourse.
