We are 2 female medical students living in the Queens Park/Kemptown area near the hospital. Utilities and broadband have already been arranged at the lowest price possible
It is a 3 bedroom property with one bathroom, one toilet. The room available is a spacious double-bedroom and the bed and mattress are brand new this year! It is in a quiet corner of the apartment, separate from the rest of the rooms so it's ideal if you want some privacy.
We also have a shared living room with a big TV and a sheltered balcony looking out onto greenery
The apartment is located on a ground floor so it is very accessible but secure due to externally locked doors.
We are situated in a lovely quiet area with lots of greenery and woods nearby so its perfect for nature lovers. Most of our neighbours are families or elderly people so there is never much noise
The town centre is a short bus ride away, we are a 10 minute walk to RSCH and there are many bus stops close by which allow access into many different parts of Brighton
We are clean, quiet, and tidy due to long uni hours and we will often be out of the house as a result.
