We are looking for a new person to share our lovely home.

The house is a large, detached property which was fully renovated and extended in 2023 so everything is new. There is a huge open plan kitchen / dining / living room, a second "snug" front room, bathroom (which will just be shared by our two lodgers), utility room, WC and lovely south facing garden.

Current occupiers are Michelle and Jethro (owners), Elvis (our friendly cavapoo) and Kara (female lodger who is going to be moving in soon). Michelle works for a charity, Jethro runs his own small business and Kara is a graphic designer.

The rent is all inclusive and covers council tax, all utilities, super fast internet, TV licence and fortnightly cleaner (of communal areas).

The room is fully furnished but we can be flexible if you have some of your own furniture.

Location wise we're 1 min walk to St Ann's Well Gardens, 5 min walk to Seven Dials, 15 min walk to Brighton Station / the lanes etc and 15 min walk to the beach.

On street parking permits are available.
