Room is a little cluttered in the photos due to moving some bits about
Double bed (sofa bed but very comfortable, and can always have another mattress on top). Mostly furnished, willing to work things out and take some furniture out for more space if needed.
Access to garden area I have personally spent a long time working on to look nice.
Kitchen with cupboard and fridge/freezer space free.
We have a cat, he is very friendly and loves people.
Both currently bimm students/graduates
