We are looking for someone to rent with use for the next school year, starting in August. We are an all student house near the Brighton City Campus. Rent is £700 a month per person with £108 of bills per person per month on top of that. The house has a garden, a large bathroom and 4 bedrooms, as well as a shared kitchen. We are looking for someone who is preferably also a student but are welcome to anyone willing to rent with us from this August till July next year.
