Hello there 🌞 We are, Nim, Olivia, Sebastian and Tricksy - offering the house/tea party of a lifetime for one lucky renter starting from the 15th March

The room is a massive upstairs loft space with its own staircase!
Our rent is split £3000 between five people and each room is priced according to its size, character, and amenities. The current room available is priced £625 per month. We would like to open these prices up for discussion and reevaluation to whomever fits our house bill. Speaking of: Our council tax is band C and comes to £55 pppm. Our electricity and gas are with Octopus and vary between £35-£45 pppm. Our broadband is with Fibrely and costs roughly £6 pppm although we are looking to potentially increase this to £9 for better connection. Although, each tenant is looking at just over £100 on top of rent.

Each day looks and sounds quite different in our household. We enjoy a variety of peace and occasional party 🪩. We enjoy cooking together and for each other, spending time in the outdoors whether it’s to hike up devil’s dyke or sit on a beach for a ponder or dip in the sea 🌊. We attend meditation sessions together and share our poetry, songs and art with one another. We enjoy hosting dinner parties, games nights, and afternoon talks!
