Hello everyone! I’m a student currently living in an apartment Regency Square, Brighton and Hove, BN1, which is the location of Topps Brighton. My lease ends on September 11, 2026, but I will be moving out in early June.
I’m looking for someone to rent my room from June 16, 2026, to September 11, 2026. The rent is £210 per week, totaling £2,610 (based on number of days), which preferrably be paid upfront but we could discuss about it.
It is a double bed room on the first floor with private toilet, a microwave, a fridge and two heaters. There are also common spaces and kitchens. Free laundry and dry cleaning is included. Free cleaning for the room could be arranged weekly. No bill except for electricity.
