Hi, I have a fabulous large double room for rent (single occupancy). This room is only available 4 nights a week Monday to Friday. It will suit someone coming to Brighton to work who goes home at the weekend. Professional people or a mature student.

The house is located in a lovely home in seven dials. The house is a 10 minute walk to central Brighton Station/City Centre/Seafront. We are a mixed house (male/female/gay/straight) with people leading quite lives during the week as people are up for work. 1 person in the house is here 3 nights a week due to work commitments in Brighton.. Its a friendly household, and everyone just gets on with their own thing.

The house is well furnished, warm and well decorated, clean and tidy with all mod cons, flat screen TV, separate toilet and bathroom.
The rent includes all bills, water/electricity/gas/virgin Wifi
