We are a professional couple whose children have left and we now have a quiet house with empty rooms. The house is close to 5 ways shops, Preston and Blakers Park. You can easily walk to the city centre. It is a double room with an en suite toilet and sink but the main bathroom is shared with us. It would be ideal for a mature student. It is on the 3rd floor in a converted loft so very private. Short term lets preferred.
