This double room is in a terraced house situated between Preston Circus and Preston Park.

In other words it is extremely well situated.

Bus stops for the number 5 buses to the Steine and Hove are less than a 5 minute walk, the Brighton train station is accessible by a 12 minute walk by a shortcut and a walk to the Pier would take no more than 15 mins.

Couples might be considered, depending on work/study routine, but rent for a couple would be £749 pcm.

The room is tastefully furnished.

As well as the main bathroom there is a separate WC with a sink.

The kitchen includes a comfortable seating area as well as all appliances, plus use of Nutribullet, and Crockpot ( pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer and rice cooker).

There is a tiny front garden with bench, facing south, and a back yard for BBQs in summer, but due to my having been abroad they are a little neglected - I will wait till pruning season at beginning of March for that.
