Viewings from 14th June. Female veggie/vegan sought for double room, view of garden/trees in a quiet relaxed house. 23 bus to Uni’s and 15-20min walking distance to town, hospital, train station and beach, or 5-10 mins by buses 18, 21, 2.
Lovely Queens Park, & St Lukes swimming pool 5 mins.
As well as myself and student lodger, there are two friendly rescue cats. I am usually out at art studio; or travelling, experienced with many guests and visitors over the years.
The shared bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. Kitchen/diner has dishwasher and washing machine, table and chairs. The rear garden has a decked area, a side entrance to the garden for bikes.
Please be sure to confirm you are vegan or vegetarian and good with cats to get my attention!
