We've got two bright, affordable double rooms in our home, one with views down to the sea and racecourse, the other to the garden. Part furnished, wooden floors, bed, table and wardrobe. The house is light and airy with gas central heating, double glazing, lounge and extras such as 2 shower rooms, dishwasher, PS4, Virgin fibre, Pool Billiard, table tennis, front & rear gardens, summerhouse. And a garden/study room and Finnish sauna shared at times.

We are on the edge of Kemptown, 2 mins to East Brighton Park, 5 mins to Kemptown, sea and Marina. Free parking and good for public transport - buses, shops (Lidl) 2 minutes. Or cycle along the seafront to the Pier in 10 min. Check postcode BN2 5NY

Looking for open minded woman or LGBT+ person, 20-30, to enjoy the spaces we have and keep up our (half-queer) balance :) This is neither a student house nor a typical live-in landlord / family place but has more of an international cooperative feel with most in their mid 20s. You should be friendly and engaging to hang out with, hands-on to organise the house, cook together occasionally (but not a party house), chill in sauna with a glass of milk / soy or beer at the end or just enjoy the sunset and seaview. Or we DIY, design, watch films, play music, cards or pool and ofc have BBQs and gala dinners like everyone else :) Anyway, we love fun and are fairly outgoing but considerate and respectful of each other’s and communal spaces, clean and tidy.

£465/495 rent and £95 council tax, bills, etc. so £560/590 all-in. Deposit £650/690. No full time working from home as we prefer music over office vibes. No couples (moving into one room) and no pets sorry, and as we offer and want a pretty stable home you’d need to commit to at least half a year.
