Hello!! Sadly my flatmate has moved to spain so after 5 years together i'm now seeking a new roommate for my maisonette on preston road.
The room is very large and comes semi furnished. You will have your own floor as the bedroom is on the top floor so it's great for privacy, i am two floors below in a smaller room. The flat has a balcony which is great for summer. There are two toilets and one bathroom, a large living/dining room and a seperate large kitchen.
I am 24 and recently just got back from living in australia, i have a dog who is staying with me for the next few months so you must be okay with him being here for a while, and potential future visits!
