A lovely double room is available now in our home, as our housemate has moved on. We’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing female who is hoping to find somewhere to truly call home, rather than a short-term stopgap.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is clean, bright and fully furnished with:

• Double wardrobe

• Original Victorian fireplace

About the house
Our modern mid-terrace home is kept very clean and tidy. We have:
• A south-facing patio garden with seating and BBQ
• 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets
• Fast broadband and Wi-Fi (included in rent)
We’re in the heart of Kemptown, within walking distance of the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Queen’s Park, and around 20 minutes on foot to Brighton Station and the city centre.

A little about us
We’re a friendly, laid-back couple in our mid-forties (young at heart!) who work during the week and enjoy quiet evenings in. At weekends, we occasionally host a relaxed dinner or share a glass of wine. We’re sociable but very respectful of privacy and personal space.
We also have a very friendly older cat, Dave, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly and happy to feed him occasionally if we’re away for a weekend.
