Hi there,

I have a lovely furnished double room available in my cosy, well-looked-after home in Brighton (Fiveways).

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk (if you’d like one).

The house is warm and homely, with:

A newly decorated bathroom

A spacious kitchen–dining room

A sun terrace (ready for when the sun finally decides to return!)

The location is great — bus stop at the end of the road, a few minutes walk to London Road railway station, and about 10 minutes on foot to the North Laines. Fiveways has lovely cafés, local shops and parks nearby too.

A bit about me:
I’m a music therapist and musician, so life is fairly busy and varied. I love music (of course), the sea, animals, running, reading and art. I’m vegetarian (pescatarian technically!) and the kitchen reflects that, so I’m ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable living in a mostly veggie household.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy - not obsessively, just in a way that keeps it feeling calm and pleasant - and I’d really value someone who feels the same.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and independent person -ideally a working professional or mature student who works mainly outside the home rather than full-time from home. I’m very easy to live with and respectful of space, and I’d love the same in return. It would suit someone who’s happy doing their own thing but also up for the occasional chat or shared meal.

I’m open to Monday–Friday lets, 3–6 month stays, or longer for the right person.

Rent is £750 per month including all bills.
