Hi all!

I have a room available in my flat in the Hanover area of Brighton available. The property includes a large living/dining room, shared bathroom with bathtub/shower, and kitchen access. The flat is on the top floor. The bedroom itself has built in wardrobe storage.

I am a full time working professional and so I am not often in the property. Sometimes I will be away for 3-4 nights at a time. I also have a small indoor cat who will be living at the flat. I have a partner who stays the night twice a week.

I have a cleaner who attends for a 3 hour weekly clean and this is included in the rent.

Short term lets preferred but open to longer term depending on circumstances. Move in date can be adjusted. Please note this property has no gas and all heating and hot water is electric.

For lodgers wanting to stay for less than a month the weekly rent including bills would be £125.
