Live in lodger, double bed bedroom, white carpet and window with sea view. Walking distance to the hospital and seafront
Please note there is limited use of front room and kitchen and you will be a lodger in my home. I sleep in the front room. The rent is £600 per month plus bills. Bills are roughly £80 per month depending on the season. In summer it’s roughly £50 and in the winter roughly £90 so it averages out. It also depends on how warm you like your room to be.
