I’m El!

I own the property with my mum, but I have the philosophy that a home is a shared space so I want to meet people and live with people I get along with and who can share with me as their own place.

I work in town so I’m out most days and for most of the day and I rent the top floor of the house so I’m out of the way a lot!

I love animals and often dog sit for friends and family (in the home) so I am more than open bringing a pet/ your pet into my life.

The room you will be renting is on the second floor of the terraced house - which will mostly be your floor. Whilst the bathroom is not en-suite - it would mostly be your own bathroom too as I have mine upstairs.

The home is a great location and close to town and so many nice pubs and the beautiful Queen’s Park a short distance away.

The house is located 15 minutes walk from Brighton station and a 3 minute walk main bus stops. The home is owned by me so we take good care of it.

We’re looking for a responsible, clean and friendly person who takes care of their space and is also social as we like to have a good relationship to who we live with!

Start date of rent would be 15th October but I am flexible - we look forward to hearing from you!
