Hello!

We’re El and Luke. I’ve (El) lived in Brighton for 10 years and I love it here. Luke is brighton born and raised and also loves it here.

I work in town so I’m out most days and for most of the day and Luke is flexible with work so sometimes works from home sometimes out for long periods of time.

We love to travel so we are also away from time to time too.

We love animals and often dog sit for friends and family (in the home) so we are open to bringing a pet into our lives!

The room you will be renting is on the second floor of the terraced house - which will mostly be your floor. Whilst the bathroom is not en-suite - it would mostly be your own bathroom too as we have our own upstairs.

Great location and close to town and so many nice pubs and the beautiful Queen’s Park a short distance away.

The house is located 15 minutes walk from Brighton station and a 3 minute walk main bus stops. The home is owned by us so we take good care of it.

We’re looking for a responsible, clean and friendly person who takes care of their space and is also social as we like to have a good relationship to who we live with!

Start date of rent would be 1st January 2025 but we are flexible - we look forward to hearing from you!
