My housemates are moving out and I'm looking for someone to tenant swap to join me in this awesome property. The price is high but worth it for the huge space and location. There's two large double rooms and two large lounges in the property (I'm on the top floor renting one bedroom and lounge, advertising for bedroom & lounge on first floor below me). There's a shared kitchen and bathroom (with two fridges, washing machine, tumble drier, kitchen amenities etc). There's access to the roof which is often sunny too. Water bills included in rent cost.

Previously, a couple shared one bedroom and lounge and the other tenant had their own bedroom and lounge, so if couple are also interested please enquire, I'd be happy to share.

I work Monday - Friday as an Assistant Psychologist in community mental health. Please get in touch and I can tell you more about me/living here.

The previous tenant lived here for many years so I'll be doing a big clear out before new tenant moves in of kitchen/bathroom.
