Looking for a female lodger (30+) or a mature male lodger (5O+) to join our peaceful and happy household. Professionals, mature students or retirees preferred but will consider those on benefits.
This is a comfortable, cosy and light double room, upstairs at the back of the house. This is the quietest room in the house, with excellent privacy (the building at the end of the garden is an office with obscured windows). A new UPVC sash window was installed last year. The room comes fully furnished and a smart tv is also included.
The house is a good-sized Victorian terrace with a pretty and sunny garden on a quiet road. You will have full use of the shared lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The large bathroom was newly installed last year and there is a separate toilet.
The station and the beach are each a 5 minute walk away and the Beacon shopping centre is a 3 minute walk away.
I have lived here for 12 years, with lodgers for the past 10 years, and own the property outright, so offer a secure occupation for lodgers and I am fully insured.
My other lodger is a lovely man in his fifties who has lived here for almost 5 years in the room downstairs. He is quiet and out working 7 days a week.
Must like dogs as I am a registered pet sitter (only for one small dog at a time for a few days each month). All bills included (including tv licence and fast City Fibre Broadband). Please contact me for a viewing, sharing a bit of information about yourself will be really helpful. Thank you.
