I have a large double room in my modern, light and airy flat in sought after area Upperton, The flat is a 5 minute walk from Eastbourne Train station, Waitrose is just across the road aswell as The Rainbow, Gildredge park is also a minute walk.

The flat is very well kept and organised, and it’s in a quiet, peaceful block. It would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home and is respectful of shared spaces.

You’d be living with one other flatmate who is very easy going, works Monday to Friday, enjoys keeping an healthy lifestyle and values a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home.

The flat has good broadband, excellent shower pressure, and all bills are included. The room is furnished ( although the TV currently in there will be removed, ofcourse you can put your own TV up).
