I’m a friendly, easy-going professional male in my early 50s who works shifts. I enjoy conversation and a relaxed atmosphere, but also value privacy and personal space. My children visit regularly.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and reliable working professional who is easy to get along with and ideally seeking a longer-term home.

The flat is currently on the market as I’m hoping to move locally. I’d like to continue having a lodger in my next home, so there may be an opportunity for the right person to move with me, subject to suitability and timing. It’s not likely to happen in the next three months though.
