If so, read on. On offer is a double room (with a super comfortable king-size bed), with an en-suite shower room, a “snug” snug with a TV and a kitchenette. Everything is fully furnished and kitted out - from sheets to kettle, washer-drier to Netflix.

All bills are covered including council tax and broadband. Cleaner every 2 weeks.

Single occupancy only and no smokers please. As the other occupants are female, female preferred. Students and people moving to the area looking for somewhere short-term also considered.

Finally, we have 3 dogs but they won’t get in your way other than occasional barking if the doorbell rings. We can’t take in any new pets of any kind.
