Accommodation consists of a a double bedroom (with a super comfortable king-size bed), with an en-suite shower room, a separate “snug” snug with a TV and a kitchenette - this is so much more than a room and bigger than a studio! Fully furnished and kitted out - from toaster to kettle, (your own) washer-drier to Netflix. Brand new fittings and appliances throughout.!

All bills are included, including council tax and broadband. Cleaner every 2 weeks.

Not a traditional set up as it’s a self-contained annexe attached to our house. Single occupancy only and no smokers please. As the other house occupants are female, female preferred. Students and people moving to the area looking for somewhere short-term also considered.

Potential access to parking.

We can’t sadly take in any additional pets of any kind as we have 3 dogs - they are on our side of the house so won’t disturb you aside from occasional barking at foxes and courier deliveries.
