I have a fully furnished double room with private bathroom for either short or long term rental. It is in the lower ground floor of my 3 storey Victorian terraced house in the heart of the West Hill conservation area. It has its own private entrance.

It is less than a two to three minute walk to Brighton station and the North Laines and the seven dials high street - which has lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.

The room is at the back of the house and is very quiet and secluded. It opens on to a beautiful mature courtyard garden which gets lots of sun in the summer months.

I have all the usual mod cons, including fast fibre-optic broadband and a tumble drier. I live with a very friendly British shorthair cat, so being an animal lover is essential.

Unfortunately there is no parking available - the wait for a Zone Y car parking permit is approximately 6 months. Rent includes all bills.

I work in a community post for the NHS and work from home for part of the day most days. I am looking for someone who does not work from home all of the time.

I enjoy relaxing in the evenings, watching TV and having a chat about the day etc. I love going to the cinema and exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside at weekends.
