I’m a professional offering a bright, spacious, and comfortable room in my lovely, large Victorian home in Brighton.

The room is available for a short-term let of up to 6 months — from 26th September 2025 to Sunday 15th March 2026.

Please note: I do ask for the house to myself for one week over the Christmas period (24th to 31st December) as I have family visiting. I hope you’ll be spending that time with loved ones too! Of course, you'll still have your room and keys during that week — and don't have to move anything and I won’t charge you anything during that week.

The monthly rate is £1,100, and that includes all bills and broadband.

The room has just been redecorated in calm, neutral tones and comes fully furnished with:

A double bed and memory foam mattress

A comfy sofa

Wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table

Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer

This room has its own WC, next to the room - not en-suite.

The room shares a large luxury bathroom with one other room, but if I do not find a person to stay in that room, you will have the bathroom to yourself.

Fresh fluffy towels for your comfort

You’ll also have your own large sitting room with a 65-inch TV, perfect for relaxing in your own space.

You're very welcome to make yourself at home here. Feel free to use the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the peaceful, secluded garden — a lovely spot for morning coffee or a bit of sunshine.

You’ll have your own front door key and room key for complete independence.

The house is just off Lewes Road, in a fantastic location — only a 3-minute walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, and excellent bus links.

If you’re a smoker, you’re welcome to smoke in the garden.

Just a heads-up: I share my home with two sweet young rescue cats, Bella and Beau — a brother and sister who love company but are also very chilled out.
