Single room available to rent in 2 bedroom flat on Springfield Road, council tax band A. The flat is well located between Preston park and London Road shops, and is walking distance from London Road, Preston Park and Brighton train stations.
The room has a small double bed built into it, with ample space for storage underneath. There is also a wardrobe and desk which are built in, so although it is not the biggest room there is a lot of storage and a desk area.
There is a large living room/kitchen area with a washing machine, tv, record player etc which is a shared space.
About me - Whoever moves in will have to share the space one on one with me so I should probably introduce myself! I am Tim (37/m), I have been living in the flat for almost 4 years so am pretty settled in - I have a lot of books/records etc so the flat can get a little cluttered!
I work full time as a baker, so I get up early in the morning and am out at work most of the day, 5 days a week. When I am home I do tend to chain-smoke inside - I know this is a dealbreaker for some people so thought it wise to mention.
Other than that I think I am a pretty chilled and easy person to live with, I enjoy cooking, listening to music and hanging out but also totally fine with someone not so sociable - as long as you can put up with me ;)
