I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely share house. It is near London road and only a 15 min walk from Brighton station.
Must be someone with a uk guarantor, and rent is around £640 a month (including bills).
There are 6 rooms total and I am leaving to move in with my boyfriend so I want to find someone great to move in with my housemates/friends. The tenancy lasts from now until August 21st 2026.
The room is on the second floor so no wheelchair access, and it is very spacious.
Includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk. And I might be able to leave behind a set of drawers if it is wanted. It also has a small balcony style fire escape out of the window.
The house has two toilets, two showers and a bath. I have attached a video of the upstairs bathroom which has a toilet, shower and bath. (Other shower and toilet are downstairs).
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, there is also a large balcony attached that has chairs and a table.
