I’m offering a room in a well-located flat in Brighton, ideal for a short-term stay.

📍 Location: BN2 – very well located, with easy access to the city centre, transport and the beach. Lot's of nice pubs in the area too.

About the flat:
Clean, relaxed and easy-going environment, suitable for a professional or someone visiting Brighton short-term.

The flat includes a shared kitchen and living room (both fully usable), very speedy WiFi, TV, washing machine, and an outdoor garden which is great given summer is about to arrive.

There is one bathroom plus an additional separate toilet.

Friends are welcome to visit, as long as things remain respectful (no large parties).

About the room:
The room is currently unfurnished but offers space to set up your own things (as shown in the pictures). There is no bed at the moment, but I can provide a large air mattress, and I’m happy to help find a simple/affordable setup if needed.

About me:
I work in tech, fairly busy and often out or travelling. I keep things tidy, respectful and low-key.
