Hi, we are Flo and Rhea, and we are looking for a new flatmate! We live in a comfy and friendly flat right next to Brighton Railway Station, above the Lanes.

The room currently has a double bed and has a built-in desk and storage running along one wall. If you have a bed you'd like to bring instead, we can sort out removing the one currently there!

Flo works for an environmental charity and likes to read, lounge about and buy craft materials for various projects that she does not feasibly have the time to complete.

Rhea works as a clinical scientist in medical physics. She loves to sip matcha at vibey cafes, go to pilates and yoga classes during the week, and doing random side quests - so you'll probably find her in gym gear on the way to a class, taking her laptop with her to then go to a cafe to have matcha while working on her laptop!

Additional bills for the flat (council tax, water, electric, Wi-Fi, etc.) come out to about £140, but this can fluctuate. The flat is classified as Council Tax Band D.

We are a friendly and inclusive flat (LGBTQ+ friendly!), and while both of us are often pretty busy with work, we like to hang out and check in with each other, catch up over tea :)
