Sadly, I’m leaving my lovely Hove flat to go travelling with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room!

The flat has a sunny patio garden, a spacious shared living area and two bathrooms (one is an en-suite in the other bedroom, so you’ll have access to the main bathroom). The bedroom comes furnished as pictured, with space for a desk if you work from home.

It's in a good location just a short walk from Western Road, with loads of lovely cafés, pubs and shops nearby. The seafront is within walking distance, and both Brighton and Hove stations are easily accessible.

You’ll be sharing with a genuinely lovely couple who are both into photography, super friendly and really make the flat feel like home. It’s a really relaxed, welcoming household.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going who’ll love the place as much as I have.

Singles and couples welcome! Rent for a couple is £950 pcm.
